Course Outline

Acquire knowledge and practical experience in the following QA and testing subjects, among others:

  • IT delivery models (including DevOps, Scrum, and SAFe®)
  • The VOICE model for achieving business value through IT delivery
  • CI/CD pipelines and associated tooling
  • QA and testing topics, such as:
    • quality and test policy
    • monitoring and control
    • anomaly management
    • reporting and alerting
    • estimating and planning
    • metrics and continuous improvement
    • infrastructure
  • Coordinating quality engineering across multiple teams
  • Conducting end-to-end testing within or across teams
  • Quality characteristics and various testing types
  • Personal, interpersonal, and team skills necessary for effective collaboration within and between teams.

The training course allows participants to gain hands-on experience with these topics through brief introductions followed by relevant exercises, while also encouraging ample opportunity for participants to share their experiences. Throughout the course, participants will also practice exam-style questions.

This course includes the cost of the TMAP® Organizing built-in quality at scale exam voucher. The examination is conducted in partnership with iSQI. Using this voucher, you may schedule your exam at a date and location that suits you.

Requirements

Participants are expected to have foundational knowledge of information technology, experience working in teams, and familiarity with Agile working methods. While no specific certifications are mandatory, we strongly recommend obtaining the "TMAP: Quality for cross-functional teams" certificate beforehand.
