Course Outline
Gain knowledge and practical experience in the following QA & test topics:
- IT delivery models (including DevOps and Scrum)
- The VOICE model for realising business value through IT delivery
- CI/CD pipeline and tooling
- QA and test topics, such as:
- quality risk analysis & testing strategy
- acceptance criteria
- review
- test data management
- test execution, research, and assessment of results
- monitoring & control
- reporting & alerting
- infrastructure & tooling
- Quality measures, such as Specification and Example, and Feature toggles
- Test design entity relationships
- Test design techniques: Data combination testing, State transition testing, Semantic testing
- Experience-based testing and the value of unstructured testing
The training course allows participants to gain hands-on experience through short introductions followed by relevant exercises, with ample opportunity for all participants to share their experiences. During the course, participants will also practice exam questions.
This course includes the cost of the TMAP® High-performance quality engineering exam voucher. The exam is administered in collaboration with iSQI. With this voucher, you can schedule the exam at a date and location of your choosing.
Requirements
For this training course, basic knowledge of information technology, experience working in teams, and an understanding of Agile working methods are required. While there are no specific certifications required, we strongly advise obtaining the “TMAP: Quality for cross-functional teams” certificate first.
