- Formulating the BCM policy and documenting it appropriately.
Module 2: Recognizing Threats and Vulnerabilities
- Assessing the impact when products or services are not delivered as agreed
- Defining acceptable maximum downtime for processes
- Implementing preventive measures and understanding their application
Module 3: Creating and Executing a Business Continuity Plan
- Identifying the key components of a plan
- Evaluating the costs and benefits associated with each plan
- Assigning responsibility for specific plans within the organization
- Structuring the plan effectively
- Ensuring organizational resilience and recovery following a disruptive event
