1. Course Objectives:
   • This will be a one-day course and after the activity the trainees/participants will be able to:
     1. Define what is a risk, its origin and impact on the business as manifested by their increase awareness on the topic.
     2. Cite different instances that will be helpful for the organization to limit and, ideally eliminate risk.
     3. Perform proper forecasting of risk and challenges in a proactive manner.
     4. Discover numerous techniques to identify, mitigate and limit risk.
     5. Collaborate with internal channels to strengthen risk management for the organization as a whole.

This course teaches the participants on how to identify common techniques used to forge signatures and endorsements — the signs of forgery.

They also learn how to use signature cards and imaged signatures to help detect forgeries. And, finally, participants will learn what action to take when they suspect forgery.

Objectives: 

Upon completion of this seminar, the participants will be able to:

• Identify techniques used to forge signatures and endorsements.
• Recognize signs that are clues to forgery
• Use signature cards and/or electronic signature imaging to detect
• Identify discrepancies between two signatures by understanding the five handwriting characteristics associated with
• Follow specific guidelines when comparing signatures and what actions to take when forgery is suspected.
• Understand forgery and signature verification compliance issues.

Delegation is often one of the hardest skills for a manager to master, as many managers are uncomfortable assigning tasks to others or don't trust others to perform these tasks at an equivalent level.

During this interactive training course, participants receive training in the many facets of delegation, including when and whom to delegate responsibilities to, understanding the delegation process, using effective techniques to overcome problems and much more.
