The course also emphasises understanding the team’s role within the ART and how to collaborate, plan, execute, and continuously improve alongside other teams.
The training prepares teams to participate in a Program Increment (PI), covering both Team-level and Program-level events, with a particular focus on upcoming PI planning sessions. Completion of the course also prepares participants for the certification exam to become a SAFe® Practitioner (SP).
