Course Outline
This course is largely identical to the Team Members’ course (please refer to the separate outline), with the following additions:
- An additional module titled: Leadership versus Management, which covers:
- The similarities and differences between Leadership and Management. What defines a Great Leader versus a Great Manager?
- Management styles
- An additional module titled: Delivering Change, which covers:
- Factors that cause change to succeed or fail
- Principles of Change
- Resistance to Change and why, on occasion, such resistance can be beneficial
