Note: The duration of each participant’s training session depends on the overall course length and the number of attendees. A group of eight is considered optimal.

- Logistics: what, where, when, how – and how long?
- Understanding how answers to these questions influence the training structure
- Structuring the content:
- Research – mastering the subject matter
- Organizing the content logically
- Creating and employing complementary visual aids
Preparing the Trainer
- The trainer’s three essential communication tools:
- Verbal – selecting appropriate language and avoiding slang or jargon
- Vocal – modulating tone and avoiding distracting verbal habits
- Visual – presenter appearance: attire, body language, and overall presence
- Rehearsing the session – and obtaining honest feedback from a trusted source
- Managing nervousness
Preparing the Environment
- Room layouts – and their subtle impact on attendees
- Leveraging the room to enhance the training experience
- Ensuring proper cleanup after the session

- The significance of evaluation
- Processes for gathering and utilizing participant feedback
