B- How our qualities backfire on us: Different communication styles (DISC) and their pitfalls.

C- Knowing our core values and whether they align with those of our company, department, or team.

D- Inventory of productive stress situations.

E- How to optimise positive stress.

6- Empowerment

A- Interviews (in pairs) / debriefing: Discover your skills and major qualities.

B- Empathy as a remedy. (+ Video).

C- Inventory of participants' individual energy sources.

D- Daily relaxation exercise.
