Module 1 – AIS for Functional Use in R/3 (2h)
- An overview of R/3 processes and tables pertinent to audit activities.
- Acquiring functional evidence via standard SAP GUI transactions.
Module 2 – Process-Oriented Access Management (2h)
- Designing roles and implementing access controls using PFCG and SU01.
- Utilizing SU53 and SUIM for swift diagnostics.
- Developing RACI matrices by process and addressing practical SoD concerns.
Session 2 (4h)
Module 3 – FI/CO with a Focus on Control (2h)
- Reviewing OB52, tolerance settings, and accounting authorizations.
- Managing journal entry approvals and capturing evidence through classic workflows.
- Tracking change history for accounting masters and bank accounts.
Module 4 – MM/SD with a Focus on Control (2h)
- MM: Examining purchase release strategies, price modifications, and conditions.
- SD: Monitoring credit limits, pricing structures, and discount conditions.
- Gathering evidence through change documents, system logs, and reports.
Session 3 (4h)
Module 5 – Logs and Operational Evidence (3h)
- Analyzing SM20 (what, who, when) in functional contexts.
- SCU3: Tracking changes in master data for vendors, customers, materials, and conditions.
- STAD/ST03N: Evaluating transaction execution patterns.
- Exporting data (ALV/CSV/PDF) and compiling supporting annexes.
Module 6 – Quality and Testing (1h)
- Designing test cases with defined acceptance criteria and minimum evidence requirements.

Module 7 – Applied Process Laboratory (3h)
- Mini-project: Executing a purchase and sales cycle with complex scenarios.
