Requirements
- Practical experience in managing the Windows Server operating system and Windows Server workloads within on-premises contexts, including AD DS, DNS, DFS, Hyper-V, and File and Storage Services.
- Familiarity with standard Windows Server management tools (as implied by the first prerequisite).
- Foundational knowledge of core Microsoft compute, storage, networking, and virtualisation technologies (as implied by the first prerequisite).
- Basic understanding of on-premises resiliency technologies for Windows Server-based compute and storage, such as Failover Clustering and Storage Spaces.
- Practical experience in implementing and managing IaaS services within Microsoft Azure.
- Foundational knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
- Basic grasp of security-related technologies, including firewalls, encryption, multi-factor authentication, and SIEM/SOAR.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting.
