ONAP for Network Orchestration and Automation Training Course
ONAP (Open Networking Automation Platform) is an open source platform for orchestrating and automating physical and virtual network elements. ONAP originated from OpenECOMP and Open-Orchestrator (Open-O) and is managed by The Linux Foundation.

The primary objective is to familiarise participants with the OpenStack ecosystem while establishing a solid foundation for further expansion and refinement of OpenStack clouds. The curriculum covers all topics required for the OpenStack Administrator certification exam. Seventy-five percent of the course consists of hands-on workshops conducted in a real OpenStack training environment.
OpenStack Bootcamp Extended
35 HoursThis intensive OpenStack training offers practical, hands-on experience in deploying, managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing private cloud environments based on OpenStack. Designed as an extended bootcamp, the course covers core administration topics, real-world troubleshooting scenarios, and advanced architectural concepts aligned with the Certified OpenStack Administrator exam objectives. With seventy-five percent workshop-based learning in a live OpenStack lab, participants build the skills needed to confidently administer and further develop enterprise OpenStack infrastructures.
OpenStack and NFV (with OVN and OpenFlow)
21 HoursThis course offers in-depth training on OpenStack networking. It begins by introducing OpenStack and its architecture, then clarifies core OpenStack projects such as the Identity service (Keystone), Image service (Glance), Compute service (Nova), and Block storage (Cinder) to describe the network surroundings within OpenStack, mainly focusing on the Networking project (Neutron). The virtual network infrastructure is described, focusing on the Open Virtual Network project, Open vSwitch, and OpenFlow. The goal of the course is to understand the basic operations and architecture of OpenStack as well as to familiarize participants with various networking technologies behind OpenStack, extending information about OVN and underlying flows, resources and tools.
Customization options
The training can be contracted to 2 days, focusing on core aspects relevant for the customer. The training can be also extended regarding administrative, design, networking and/or troubleshooting topics concerning OpenStack deployments. It is possible to describe other underlying SDN solutions like Linux Bridge or OvS.
OpenStack Security
14 HoursThis course delivers practical expertise on OpenStack and private cloud security. It begins with a system introduction, after which participants gain hands-on knowledge regarding security within private clouds and the securing of OpenStack installations. Throughout the course, each core OpenStack module is presented, allowing participants to construct virtual identity, image, network, compute, and storage resources while discussing relevant security topics. Each participant receives their own training environment featuring a complete OpenStack installation based on a selected cloud architecture (e.g., storage, networking). The training can be highly customized to meet the client's specific needs.
Customization options
The training can be condensed to two days, focusing on core aspects relevant to the customer. Alternatively, the training can be extended to cover administrative, design, networking, and/or troubleshooting topics concerning OpenStack deployments.
P4 Programming
21 HoursThis instructor-led live training Botswana (online or onsite) is aimed at networking engineers and developers who wish to configure, execute and manage programmable networking resources using P4.
By the end of this training, participants will be able to:
- Learn the fundamentals of the P4 language.
- Program network devices.
- Set up a server for traffic management.
