Sessions 2, 3, and 4 – In-person (12 hours total): Cloud-Based Productivity and Collaboration

  • Google Drive: File creation, organization, and retrieval; document sharing and permission management
  • Google Docs: Crafting collaborative documents; utilizing comments, suggestions, and version control
  • Google Sheets: Essential formulas, pivot tables, and chart creation; real-time collaborative editing
  • Google Slides: Creating online presentations; collaborative team work on slide decks
  • Communications – Chat/Gemini: Overview and application of these tools
  • Practical activity: A group project where teams create a Drive folder containing a document, spreadsheet, and presentation that integrate AI capabilities
