• The process involves online training followed by a 100-mark multiple-choice examination
• A score of 60 or more is required to pass the examination
• Candidates who do not pass may retake the exam after a 24-hour waiting period
• Candidates are limited to a maximum of three attempts
• If the 60+ mark threshold is not met after three attempts, candidates must contact us for further support to clear the exam
